The graduation committee makes a special keepsake memory board for our graduates—an 18 x 24 photo board of a collection of photos that will be displayed at the school in the weeks leading up to graduation and also at the graduation ceremony.   To do this, we will need the following:

  • 25-30 photos (not printed on copy paper) of your child, your family, special events, anything you’d like to include about them growing up.
  • Place in a zip-loc bag with NAME OF STUDENT and FIRST NAME as you would like it to be displayed on the board to the attn of: 8th Grade Graduation Committee.
  • Any unused photos will be returned.
  • Photos submissions are due Jan. 18.  (This is a big project and takes a lot of time to make them look great!  The volunteers appreciate getting the photos on time.)

The committee would also like to invite volunteer parents to help assemble the boards and bring their die cutting machines to help cut letters for the names.  Questions, please contact Mrs. Heather Dynes at
