Travel the World
Miss Thompson’s class was greeted by Mr. John Susong who spoke with the students about all the natural wonders that North America has to offer. Mr. Susong has visited 53 of the 63 National Parks found within the United States, most recently visiting Denali National Park in Alaska. He noted opportunities for trails, as he is an avid bike rider throughout the parks, picturesque views, and the wildlife that surrounds the parks. Mr. Susong told the students, “Have your parents take you out to see the country! My only regret is that I did not start traveling to these beautiful places sooner.”
