K-8 Conference Registration

K-8 Conference Registration

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held November 4 - November 5, 2020. Because NDES schedules conferences only once a year, it is strongly encouraged to take this opportunity and meet with your child's teacher.
 
Conference scheduling
Appointment scheduling will be managed through the NDES Parent Conference Scheduling System. Each conference will be allotted 15 minutes.

Once you access the page, please click on all the homeroom teacher or grade panel for your child(ren).
 
Grades K-3
Parents will meet with their child’s homeroom teacher.

Grades 5 & 6
Conferences on November 13th and 14th are the child's homeroom teacher only.
Conferences on November 11th and 12th are for one additional conference per family.
 
Grades 4, 7 & 8
Parents will meet with a panel of core studies teachers.

Daytime Conferences

Tuesday, November 12th5th & 6th grade additional conferences  8:00-5:00 
Wednesday, November 13th7th and 8th grade panel conferences  8:00-3:00
Thursday, November 14th7th and 8th grade panel conferences  8:00-3:00

All daytime conferences, except 5th and 6th grade, will be held in the 1st floor conference room. 5th and 6th grade parents will be notified of the conference location upon checking in at the office.

Evening Conferences & Room Assignments

Wednesday, November 13th  3:20-9:00
Thursday, November 14th  3:20-9:00
  • 4th grade evening conferences will be held in Room 4131 (DiSanto).
  • K-3 and 5th and 6th grade evening conferences will be held in each classroom.
  • 7th and 8th grade evening conferences will be held in the 1st floor conference room.
  • Special teachers will be in their classrooms.
There are many other ways to connect with teachers including calling, emailing, or scheduling mutually convenient personal appointments, especially if parents wish to discuss situations that will last longer than the 15 minutes allotted for each appointment on conference day.
