During the preview days of the book fair, select grades participate in the Lunch with Loved One program. During the fall, the Kindergarten participates in the Lunch with a Loved One program, and in the spring the 1st grade participates.
On this day, a special loved one (parent, grandparent, aunt or special friend) joins the student for lunch and provides a lunch for their child and themselves. After lunch, they preview and purchase books. There are hundreds of great books to select from at the Scholastic Book Fair.
If no one is available to attend, an adult volunteer will accompany the child and a lunch will be provided for them from our dining room and the cost will be $3.90.
