Heinen's Tasteful Rewards Program

When you become a Heinen's Tasteful Rewards™ member and designate NDES/NDMS as your charity of choice, NDES/NDMS will receive a rebate check each year.

Participants need to re-register in the program every year. If you already have a Heinen's Preferred Card, go to www.heinensrewards.com to access the Heinen's Tasteful Rewards Program.

If you are a member, click on "My Rewards Home" then choose "My Profile" on the page's top right corner. Select NDES as your donation choice and click "submit". If you are not a member of the Heinen's new Tasteful Rewards Program, you can register at the site to begin receiving rewards and benefits.

Every time schools, teachers, students, parents and school supporters present NDES/NDMS ID # 70077026 at the Office Max/ Depot register, Notre Dame Elementary School and Notre Dame Middle School will receive credits equal to 5% of the qualifying purchases to use for free supplies.

Purchases can be made online or in store.
