Admission Process

Welcome to Notre Dame Elementary and Middle School! Please contact our Admissions Office to schedule a personal tour. We look forward to prospective families contacting us and scheduling a tour to learn more about our school and the current admissions process. Registration for the 2023-24 school year is currently in process and will be ongoing.

We invite those considering NDES and NDMS to:

Complete an Application for Admission (preschool- grade 8) - required
Tour NDES or NDMS
Shadow an NDES or NDMS Student.
Complete registration materials
Registration email will be sent upon acceptance

Acceptance Criteria

Criteria for Transfer Students

Shadow an NDES or NDMS Student
Take an Assessment Test
Submit copies of report card and standardized test scores
Student Profile Form completed by current school

Criteria for Kindergarten Students

5 years of age on or before September 30 of attending school year
Submit Birth Certificate
Submit immunization forms
Attend Kindergarten Screening

Criteria for Preschool Students

3 years of age on or before September 30 of attending school year
Toilet-trained prior to acceptance
Submit immunization forms

Acceptance Priority

Students with a sibling(s) at NDES, NDMS and/or NDCL
Students attending Notre Dame Elementary Preschool
Students from parishes without an elementary school
Students from parishes with an elementary school
Other faith traditions
